Jim Freebody has over 30 years of combined home building and renovation experience, and has been a licensed NY State Home inspector serving Long Island communities for the last 12 years. Nassau-Suffolk Home Inspections will be there to represent you! With our team concept, we always have two Inspectors on every assignment to get the job done right, in half the time! The NHI Team encourages clients to attend the inspection and ask questions so they may be better informed about the property they're buying. After the inspection, our computer-generated inspection reports with an easy-to-read summary are emailed to you the next day, and can be emailed to your Family, Attorney or Realtor as well.
